2. Fund-47 is registered with and will be clearing through: Depository Trust and Clearing Corporation (DTCC”)             
3. Fund-47 has signed a contract for its independent administration with: Redwood Real Estate Administration, LLC             
4. Fund-47 is registered with the: SEC-Electronic Data Gathering, Analysis, and Retrieval System, EDGAR
5. Fund-47 has employed the audit and tax services of: EisnerAmper, LLP
6. Fund-47 has employed the legal services of: Greenberg Traurig, LLP
7. Fund-47 will receive an investment from the Sponsor: Sponsor will purchase up to ten million ($10,000,000) dollars of Series A Preferred Limited Liability  Company Interests
